RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

The cancellation of the order is possible in the case where Mad Lords did not begin the preparation of your parcel. If the order has been shipped, then it is too late to cancel: you must then return.

Statutory cancellation rights

According to the Consumer Contract (Information, Retraction and Additional Charges) of 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the products. If your order contains a number of products delivered separately, the cancellation period begins upon receipt of the last product received. This does not apply to a certain selection of products. You must return the products in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged within 14 days of your cancellation declaration.

RETURNS

Regarding a return, whether for an exchange or refund, any item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We advise you to use the original carrier and choose a counter-signature and tracking package delivery formula. The return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise will only be accepted if it has not been tampered with and if the packaging is returned to its original state. The items you wish to exchange must be returned new and unworn.

 

TRADES

For an exchange: thank you to contact us by email (contact@backdeals.co.uk) or by phone (02070482128) to ensure the availability of the item you want in exchange. For an exchange request and subject to stock availability, your package will be returned to the same address and under the same conditions as the original order.

 

REFUNDS

For a refund: the refund period is between 2 and 10 working days from the date of receipt of your return. For any refund request we will re-credit the amount of the item returned to the same bank account or Paypal used at the time of purchase. Please note that the transaction may take a few days to be effective and available on your account.

 

THE RETURN PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Prepare your package. 
  2. Returned products must be new, unworn and placed in their original packaging. 
  3. Include the delivery note
  4. After checking the conformity of the returned product (new, in its original packaging with its labels), you will receive a confirmation email when the returned package has been received.
